J'ai eu un souci au montage de l'escalier pour spa que j'ai commandé (pas de vis clairement décalé de 2.5mm). Le service technique m'a certes répondu avec des indications de vissage "classiques" qui en l'occurrence étaient inutiles. Sans l'aide d'un technicien auquel j'ai dû faire appel personnellement et qui a été obligé de démonter la partie prémontée de l'escalier pour décaler l'un des montant et ainsi pouvoir tricher sur la différence d'entraxe, j'aurais encore un escalier en kit aujourd'hui !
