Spa Heater: Maintain Your Spa Water at the Ideal Temperature
Enjoy a Comfortable Spa Experience with Our High-Quality Heaters
The spa heater is an essential component of your spa system, responsible for maintaining the water at the ideal temperature for an optimal relaxation experience. We offer a wide selection of high-quality heaters designed to provide reliable performance and optimal durability.
Precise Temperature Control for Personalized Relaxation
Our spa heaters feature advanced functionalities that allow you to precisely control the water temperature. You can adjust the heat according to your individual preferences. The spa heater works closely with the control system of your spa. It receives signals from the electronic control unit or the spa control panel to adjust the water temperature according to your preferences. By ensuring smooth and precise communication, our heater ensures effective temperature regulation for an optimal spa experience.
Reliability and Long-lasting Performance
Our spa heaters are made with premium quality materials and undergo rigorous testing to ensure their reliability and long-lasting performance. They are designed to withstand environmental conditions, temperature variations, and chemicals present in the spa water. You can rely on our heaters to maintain a constant and pleasant temperature for many years of use.
Compatibility with Leading Spa Manufacturers
Our spa heaters are compatible with leading spa manufacturers, allowing you to easily find the model suitable for your specific spa. Whether you have a well-known brand spa or a more specialized model, we have the compatible heaters you need to ensure optimal operation of your spa.
How to Tell If Your Spa Heater Is Not Working?
The role of a spa heater is to maintain your spa water at an optimal temperature, usually between 32 and 40 degrees. If your spa water temperature is not heating up or is heating up too slowly, then it's a sign that your spa heater is not working correctly.
Malfunctions in spa heaters often stem from a breakdown in the heater's coil. Similar to a light bulb, a coil requires a continuous voltage to function optimally. If the continuity between the coil terminals is disrupted (due to overvoltage, for example), the coil can burn out, leading to the spa heater malfunctioning.
Spa heater malfunction can also result from a failure in your spa's control system. If it fails to transmit all the necessary information to the spa heater, this can explain why your spa water heats up slowly or intermittently.
To determine if your spa heater is working correctly, the best way is to measure the coil's voltage using an ohmmeter. This voltage should be around 230 V between the two terminals. If the issue is not with the spa heater's coil, it may come from your spa's thermostat or pressure switch, a crucial part for the heater's operation that can block it in case of an error.
Sometimes, spa heater malfunction can also be due to a clogged spa filtration system. When the spa water is filtered, its temperature is measured by the control panel. If the water temperature is too low, the control panel then signals the spa heater to increase the water temperature according to the preset setting.
If the filtration system is obstructed by impurities, the spa heater may not function correctly. Therefore, remember to regularly maintain your spa filter to avoid blockages and allow the spa heater to increase the water temperature if needed.
How to Replace a Spa Heater?
If your spa heater malfunctions, it is essential to replace it; otherwise, you won't be able to enjoy your spa. Although you can do it yourself, it is advisable to seek help from a specialized technician to replace a spa heater. Since the spa heater is connected to your spa's electrical system, its replacement requires a certain level of electrical experience. If you lack this expertise, don't hesitate to seek assistance from your circle or qualified professionals.
Prior to replacing a heater, ensure to cut off the spa's electrical supply at the circuit breaker. Also, make sure your hands are dry when starting the replacement operation. Then, open the spa to access the spa heater, typically located under the control panel. Once located, remove the protective cover by unscrewing the screws holding it. This will allow you to take out the spa heater and replace it with a new one.
