For custom-made covers, please allow 3 to 4 months for production and delivery. Installation is quick and easy: your cover is ready to install. Only the locking clips need to be attached to the spa cabinet if they are not already in place.

Is the Cover Guaranteed?

A two-year warranty is offered for individuals and a one-year warranty for professionals. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use.

Is There a Possibility of Return or Exchange if the Cover Does Not Suit?

A return or exchange is possible only for standard models in original condition, in their original packaging. Custom or second-hand covers are neither taken back, exchanged, nor refunded.
