The custom roll-up swim spa cover is designed to solve that exact issue: quick, effortless access to the pool, with no extra storage space required, while still maintaining effective thermal protection between each use.
Manufactured in our workshop for pools with at least one dimension over 240 cm, it is made to your exact measurements and features a roll-up system designed for intensive, regular use.

Why choose a roll-up cover instead of a rigid one?
The traditional rigid cover is the benchmark when it comes to pure thermal insulation. But it requires physical handling every time the spa is used — removing it, storing it, then putting it back — which quickly becomes restrictive when the spa is used daily or several times a week.
The roll-up cover removes that friction without sacrificing what matters most: thermal protection, weather resistance, and a precise fit to the pool are still guaranteed, with the added benefit of a smooth opening system integrated into the installation.
Even on a long swim spa, the cover can be opened and closed by one person in just a few seconds, with very little effort.
Unlike a traditional rigid cover, you have nothing to remove or store beside the spa once it is open, which makes everyday use much easier and the spa more enjoyable to use regularly.

The roll-up system: mechanical reliability first
The core of a roll-up cover is its mechanism. A poorly designed roll-up system quickly goes out of adjustment, jams, or deteriorates under the effects of moisture and repeated handling. We design the mechanism as a true technical component in its own right:

Perimeter closure is secured with a reinforced zipper and lockable straps to keep the cover perfectly in place, even in windy or bad weather conditions.

Custom manufacturing: exact dimensions, guaranteed fit
A roll-up cover that does not fit the pool perfectly loses a large part of its effectiveness — heat loss is concentrated around poorly sealed edges. Each cover is manufactured based on your precise measurement file:

Thermal performance: what the roll-up cover guarantees
The roll-up cover does not reach the insulation levels of a rigid cover with reinforced high-density foam. That is a technical fact and should be stated clearly. What it does guarantee, however, is:
- A significant reduction in evaporation between uses
- More stable water temperature, reducing strain on the heating system
- Protection against outside debris, helping preserve water quality
For a spa used every day in a temperate region or in an indoor installation, the difference in thermal performance compared with a rigid cover is marginal when weighed against the day-to-day comfort it provides.
If your spa is installed in a cold region, exposed to wind, or used mainly in winter, the rigid swim spa cover with high-density foam (up to 30 kg/m³) and a metal frame remains the solution that offers the best thermal performance. Our technicians can help you decide based on your situation.
Materials and outdoor resistance
The demands placed on an outdoor roll-up cover are specific: the outer layer is subjected to regular folding and unfolding, in addition to exposure to UV rays and moisture. We select materials capable of absorbing these repeated mechanical stresses without cracking or losing watertightness:

FAQ — Custom roll-up swim spa cover
Does the roll-up cover insulate as well as a rigid cover?
No, not quite. A rigid cover with high-density foam still performs better in terms of pure thermal insulation. However, the roll-up cover still offers good insulation performance — enough for regular use in a temperate climate — with the added benefit of much easier day-to-day handling.
Can the roll-up mechanism be motorized?
Depending on your installation setup, motorized options may be considered. Our technicians assess feasibility based on your pool and environment when validating your order.
My spa is over 240 cm: can I order a custom roll-up cover?
Yes. Boospa roll-up covers are manufactured for pools with at least one dimension over 240 cm. Below that, we direct you to our massage spa cover range.
What is the lifespan of the roll-up system?
The mechanical components are selected to withstand intensive, long-term use in humid outdoor environments. Durability depends on frequency of use and routine maintenance. Our technicians can advise you on best practices based on your usage.
What is the production lead time?
Lead time is 3 to 4 months from the validation of your order and measurement file. Our technicians review every configuration before production begins to avoid any extra delays caused by rework.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is free within mainland France (excluding Corsica). For international deliveries or deliveries outside mainland France, shipping fees are calculated in the cart based on destination.
Can I return a custom-made roll-up cover?
No. In accordance with the legal provisions applicable to personalized products, custom-made covers cannot be returned. Unused standard models may still be returned according to the applicable terms and conditions.
