Yes, any spa headrest order placed before 1:00 pm on a business day is shipped the same day. In metropolitan France, delivery is usually made within 48 to 72 hours for items in stock, with the timeframe varying from 5 to 10 days abroad. For a product on order or being restocked, we recommend contacting our customer service for precise information on availability and delivery.

Is the product guaranteed?

All our spa headrests are covered by a 2-year warranty. This warranty ensures a replacement or an appropriate solution in case of a defect observed under normal conditions of use.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit my spa?

Whether it's a product for a jacuzzi or inflatable spa, returns are possible if the spa headrest is new, unused, without signs of wear, and in its original packaging. Custom-made products (for example, for a specific jacuzzi) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Is this headrest compatible with my spa model or brand?
