Technical characteristics

FIX A LEAK is a concentrated product specially designed to repair leaks in spas and pools. It is effective for leaks in tanks or piping.

FIX A LEAK seals holes up to a diameter of 3.5mm. The product is completely watertight.

Instructions

Determine the water loss over a 24-hour period to adjust the amount of product to use.

Shake the bottle well, FIX A LEAK is a heavy and dense liquid, this step is crucial.
Remove ALL filters and cartridges from your spa.
Open ALL jets in your spa.
Add FIX A LEAK directly into the spa water. Pour the liquid directly into the skimmer of your spa (where the cartridge filter is located) with the pumps running.
Use about 50g of product per 1000 liters for leaks in spas.
Regularly restart the pumps of your spa for 6 to 8 hours.
Leave your spa in continuous filtration during this period.
Do not use the spa during this period.
Mark the water level and check it for 2 to 3 days after treatment.
For major leaks, drain your spa after treatment and let it dry for 4 to 5 days.
In all cases, once the leak is repaired, we recommend draining your spa to start fresh with clean and healthy water.
