Your annual purchase volume is calculated based on the purchases you made the previous year at Boospa.

Do the discounts apply to all products?

Yes, the discounts apply to all products available in our catalog, except spas and the Iopool brand. Additionally, please note that discounts do not apply to dropshipping or shipping fees.

Are there any special conditions to enjoy the benefits of the Pro Advantage Program?

Other than reaching the required annual purchase volume for each tier, there are no special conditions to enjoy the benefits of the Pro Advantage Program. As long as you are a professional with a valid SIRET number making purchases for your business, you can join this program.

Can I enjoy the benefits of the Pro Advantage Program as an international company?

Yes, the Pro Advantage Program is open to companies worldwide. No matter where you are based, as long as you have a valid SIRET number and VAT number, you can enjoy the benefits of the program.

Will I lose my benefits from year to year?

Each year, your benefits in the Pro Advantage Program are recalculated based on your previous year's purchase volume (N-1). This means that if your previous year's purchase volume does not meet the required thresholds for your current program level, you will automatically be downgraded to the lower level. It also means that you will have the opportunity to move up to the next tier if your purchase volume increases and reaches the next threshold!

Yes, absolutely! The Pro Advantage Program is designed to meet the needs of businesses in various sectors who make purchases of spa spare parts as part of their business activities. Whether you are a wellness professional, a leisure equipment retailer, or an artisan, for example, you can benefit from the program's advantages, and your tier will be determined based on your annual purchase volume.
We reserve the right to modify your access to the Program benefits in case of misuse (purchasing spa parts as a professional without connection to your activity).

What are technical video consultations?

Boospa Service's technical video consultations are 30-minute remote assistance sessions to aid in spa repair. Our certified experts guide you step by step through the process of repairing a spa or assembling and disassembling parts.

Are there limits to the number of technical video consultations I can use?

No. As part of our Pro Advantage Program, we offer up to 12 technical video consultations per year, depending on your tier. If, after these complimentary sessions, you wish to access the service again, the consultations will be charged. Boospa Service video consultations allow you to benefit from regular support for spa maintenance and repair throughout the year.
