Visio Connection
At the scheduled time, join the visio session using the provided link. Our technician will connect with you to begin the repair process.
Diagnosis and Resolution
With your spa right in front of you, our expert will guide you through diagnosing the issue and provide clear instructions for carrying out the repair.
Follow-up and Advice
Once the diagnosis and/or repair is complete, we’ll share routine maintenance tips and answer any questions to ensure your spa is running perfectly.
Pricing and Conditions
The visio assistance session costs €39. A single, all-inclusive price for a 30-minute session with one of our spa repair experts.
Note:
If a specific replacement part is needed for your spa repair, our expert will inform you and provide the pricing. This cost is, of course, separate from the visio fee. You are free to order the part from us (we carry a wide selection of spa spare parts in stock) or elsewhere.

Does the visio repair service cover all spa issues?
Yes, our expert team is qualified to handle a wide range of common spa issues. However, if the repair requires physical intervention or specialized tools, we will advise you on the best course of action.
What equipment do I need to use this service?
You will need an electronic device (such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop) with a camera and an internet connection to take part in the visio session. Make sure your device is fully charged for the duration of the session.
Can I schedule a visio assistance session at a convenient time?
Our visio assistance service is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM (CET).
Are there any hidden fees beyond the €39 visio session price?
No additional charges will be applied during or after your session. Any extra costs would only apply if a specific replacement part is required. In that case, the expert will inform you and explain the associated costs.
What happens if I can’t fix my spa during the visio session?
If the repair requires further attention or an in-person visit, our team will advise you on the next steps: you may book another session or request a technician to come on-site (in which case, the visio session fee may be deducted from the service cost).
Can I cancel my appointment if something comes up?
Of course! You can cancel your appointment up to 12 hours in advance. You will be fully refunded and can reschedule a session with one of our technicians at your convenience.
