On-Site Service Process
After submitting your service request, one of our experts will call you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to diagnose the issue and prepare a quote. Once the quote is approved, we will schedule the intervention based on your availability.
Good to Know
Our services are available for all spa brands and all types of spare parts, whether purchased from us or elsewhere. Please note that we do not service inflatable spas, regardless of the brand.
