By using this pastille combined with the DPD 1, the difference between the 2 measures match the rate of chloramine present in the water of your spa.
The chloramines result from the chlorine action. They are irritating for the eyes and the skin. They can also be harmful when used at strong dose. That is why it is important to regularly measure its rate.
