If your current filter is marked with the part number 50282, SC864-S, or D.03.0450, this filter is the direct replacement. It is designed for RIPTIDE and Crystal Island spas. This filter measures 210 mm (8.27 in.) long and 137 mm (5.39 in.) in diameter. Measure your current filter when it's dry, either before installation or after removing it. Both part numbers refer to the same BlueWater Type B filter measuring 210 mm x 137 mm. The 50282M designation is simply an alternative part number used by some suppliers, such as Darlly Europe or Darlly International. If your original filter is labeled with either reference, this is the correct replacement. Both versions are sold individually.
BlueWater technology provides antimicrobial protection, but regular cleaning is still essential. Rinse the filter with clean water after each use and descale it periodically to extend its service life. You'll find suitable products in our spa filter cleaning products section.
Replacement frequency depends on how often you use your spa and your water quality. As a general rule, a spa filter should be replaced once or twice a year. BlueWater technology improves filtration performance but does not extend the life of the filter media indefinitely. Inspect the pleats regularly and replace the filter as soon as they become damaged, misshapen, or clogged.

Returns are accepted provided the filter remains in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
