Desalgin® MUSTARD Curative Algicide Powder

The Desalgin® MUSTARD curative algicide powder is specially designed to effectively combat mustard algae, known for their resistance. With its highly concentrated formula of 100% sodium bromide, this treatment has a dual curative and preventive action without altering the water's pH.

Features:

Highly concentrated powder with bromide salt (1g/g).
100% active ingredient for maximum efficiency.
Dosage: 250 g for 10 m3.
Capacity: 1.5 L

Instructions:

Pre-treatment: Adjust TAC to a minimum of 80 mg/L and pH between 7.0 and 7.4. Brush the walls, floor, and skimmers to remove algae. Clean the sand or cartridge filter.
Curative treatment: Stop filtration and spread 250 g of the product (for 10 m3) near the areas to be treated. Restart filtration and perform a shock disinfection with calcium hypochlorite.
Preventive treatment: In case of sand rain, follow the steps of a curative treatment.
