Il y a très peu de correspondance entre les tigettes et les produits proposés. Les étiquettes ne correspondent pas aux produits et certains produits ne sont pas expliqués. Moi qui cherchais surtout un traitement pour lutter contre le calcaire, je me retrouve avec l'information qu'il faut baisser un pH - alors qu'il est déjà trop bas selon les tigettes! On me recommande un produit Alkanal que je ne trouve pas... J'aurais sans doute dû être plus clair avec ma demande. Bref, je trouve qu'une explication complète est nécessaire.
