le deuxième filtre reçu semble parfait le premier était inutilisable en l'état et aucune piste ne m'a été proposée. Il a fallu que mon réparateur de Spa vous téléphone pour apprendre que vous disposiez du bon filtre et PIRE cette information ne m'a pas été relayé par votre employé un manque de communication évident.
